Dad liked it. Good for keeping rain out of your bag. Use with a good umbrella and w w/o a rain suit and your set to play through. Build quality is good.

I have seen these at stores and on the course and decided to try one. Very easy and quick to place into position which is nice when it starts to rain. Getting clubs out of the bag is just as easy too. Highly recommended.
