Drawing the ball with a driver

Golf is a sport where in order to succeed one must manipulate the ball in their favor to make them go a certain way. Drawing the ball is a great shot to have. There are numerous golf holes that are doglegs to the left. It is either that or you may really need to get that little bit of extra distance which a draw gives you. Though there are many numerous advantages that come with acquiring the skill of learning how to draw. One of the downsides of a draw especially with a driver is that sometimes you can get a little out of control and in that case, one will most likely hook it. The consequence for hooking it is that one may end up in a worse situation that they were in before they stroked the ball. This is very unfortunate because now one is in a situation where you do not really know where you are. In this situation, you will most likely be facing a large penalty stroke or a series of strokes. That is why the draw is a great shot to have, and of course it must be properly executed. Certain people have learned to hit natural fades and then adjusted that to cheating the wind and other factors in able to get an advantage. Even the most experienced golfers will note that this is not a shot that they would want to have to pull of repeatedly due to the high level of difficulty and the possibility of failure. One must also line up parallel, their body must be upward and straightforward. One the whole body ions aligned and parallel, then cheating the wind and other factors can follow. This is usually used with the driver, which is the longest club in a standard golf bag. When someone intends for the ball to go to the right side they will hit the left, and vice versa. Usually, the aim is to hit the left side, and thus one must stroke the ball from a slightly right angle. Then regardless of which side the ball is being hit from, one must get deeper in their stance so that the ball will take the correct and desired angle. One misconception with the draw and other manipulative ways to work the ball is that one must alter their swing in a certain way to produce certain results. This is false indeed, because that is actually the one thing that is kept stable through this whole procedure. It is the angle and the distance away form the ball that really do affect the distance and path of the ball. Therefore, one must just get deeper in their stance and just take a normal swing. Like most tings in the game of golf, this shot requires much practice and consistency. Being the largest club, it is one that should be used more often and should go well with experts at driving the ball. Adding this aspect to one’s game would make them multi dimensional and much more dangerous.
